Deviation Actions
My story 'Everyone's Claustrophobic', located at my old account alfakim, became a Daily Deviation on 20th June 2009!
Thanks to Iscariot-Priest for suggesting it and StJoan for the feature. It was great to receive so many nice comments on my prose, so thank you to everyone else who has read it. I also got a bunch of faves, which has made my piece (as of time of writing) the 3rd most popular work of all time in the Prose/Philosophical category on deviantART.
I still intend to transfer all my old prose to this new account, but only after it's been significantly reworked. Meanwhile, I am frying much bigger fish.

"On this day, 22 years ago" is a phrase that makes very little sense, because this day is occurring right now, will always have occurred now, and has never occurred in the past. So what's the point of the phra
Why 'Aquillyne'?
I couldn't be "Virgil". Everyone on every site everywhere has already beaten me to being named after the Latin poet. "Aquillyne" is a combination of three things: the word "aquiline", meaning "having the characteristics of an eagle", a fortuitous meaning in the light of my having originally liked the word purely on the basis of its aesthetically pleasing sound; the word "quill", to refer to writing, being my main artistic focus; and the letter "y" so that its obvious I've mis-spelled "aquiline" on purpose.
I've picked myself a signature motif. In the light of the name referring both to a bird and a quill, rather than the obvious eagle, which
